By filling in this Form I hereby declare to be in possession and fully aware of the regulations governing the competition and to accept the contents of the same without any reservations or exceptions, pledging to unfailingly comply with the same. I hereby recognize that the provisions of the aforementioned integral regulations shall exclusively govern the Lineapiù For Talents project and shall prevail over any possibly divergent indications contained in brochures, on website presentation pages or in other documentation of an informative nature regarding the project. Pursuant to the Privacy Code (Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03), I hereby authorize the Fondazione and Lineapiù Italia to use my personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, personal image, etc.), for the communication, diffusion and promotional activities that they intend to carry out. Likewise I hereby authorize the Fondazione to publish the said personal data and pass the same on to any companies or professionals who may put forward a request. I hereby exonerate the Fondazione from any responsibility deriving from improper actions and behaviors even by persons referable to the same and connected with the publication of my image and personal data. I pledge herewith that, in the event I should win the award, I shall comply with all the restrictions prescribed by Lineapiù on a case by case basis in the field of advertising (e.g. prohibition from advertising on social networks or similar channels) and with regard to privacy, particularly for the purposes of accessing the Lineapiù archives; sharing in advance with Lineapiù every form of communication that may also involve the same. I hereby exonerate the Fondazione from any responsibility regarding unauthorized reproductions or imitations as well as the loss of or damage to the materials sent in. I declare to accept that the material sent in to be viewed and judged by the committee shall not, under any circumstances, be returned: neither the material uploaded on line nor the physical samples which may be subsequently requested. I accept that the decisions of the Committee shall be final also with regard to the application of the regulations. I accept that in the event the Fondazione should deem the documentation attached herewith to be incomplete, my participation request shall not be taken into consideration. I accept that Lineapiù shall have the right to withdraw at any moment from the collaboration with the winner in the event that it should discover the same has breached any of the obligations set down in the regulations or, more generally speaking, in the event of any type of impropriety, including the sending of untruthful material or information.
